Core and upper body with stretching (on your own)

Thu August 28 – 6PM

The Kitchen, 3622 Oliver, Wichita, KS 67220
All groups: Out 15 minutes and back at a moderate (5–6 effort) pace

Rest, recover, relax

Sat August 30

5K (7AM): 2–3 miles (out and back), 10K (7AM): 4–5 miles (out and back), Half (6AM): 10 miles (out and back), Full (6AM): 16 miles (out and back)

1–3 miles at an easy pace (on your own)
