All groups: 200m/400m/800m (1600m?) ladder for 30 minutes

Wed July 2

Core and upper body with stretching (on your own)

Thu July 3 – 6PM

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop (WSU), 4521 E 21st St N Suite 107, Wichita, KS 67208
All groups: 30 minutes at a moderate (5-6 effort) pace – Garmin Course

Fri July 4

1–3 miles at an easy pace (on your own)

Sub 3 Marathon / Intense Training

  • Mon: 5 miles or 40 minutes
  • Tue: 1 mile WU, 3×2 miles fast (12:00) / 400m rec, 1 mile CD
  • Wed: 7 miles or 50 minutes
  • Thu: 1 mile WU, 3 miles fast (19:30), 1 mile CD
  • Fri: 4 miles or 30 minutes
  • Sat: 6 miles or 45 minutes
  • Sun: 14 miles or 105 minutes
